RANK SYSTEM
7 tiers. 5 divisions each. Variable SR widths. Scroll down to climb from Bronze to Grandmaster.
Ten placement matches set your starting rank, and SR swings are doubled while you place. Your seed is 2000 SR, shifted 200 SR for every win above or below five, so a 5-5 record lands Platinum 5. From then on a win is +25 and a loss is -25 before performance, capped at 35 either way.

Beyond the Ranks
A Prestige Above Your Rank
TOP 10 CHALLENGER
Challenger isn't a rank tier. It's a badge of prestige overlaid on your actual rank. The 10 highest-SR players who have completed at least 25 competitive wins in the current season earn the Challenger title.
Challenger status is recalculated dynamically. If you fall out of the Top 10, you lose the badge until you climb back. Your underlying rank (Grandmaster, Masters, etc.) stays the same.
